Club Members Code Of Conduct
As a club member of TerraLuna, you are part of a community built on respect, sustainability, and intentional living. Our Code of Conduct is a commitment to these values, ensuring that every member can enjoy a harmonious, safe, and engaging environment. Violations may lead to termination of membership.
1. Respect for Others
- Treat all members, guests, and staff with kindness, respect, and empathy.
- Respect the diversity of perspectives, backgrounds, and lifestyles within our community.
- Avoid disruptive or harmful behaviors, including aggressive language, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.
2. Commitment to Sustainability
- Embrace TerraLuna’s eco-friendly practices by minimizing waste, conserving resources, and protecting the natural environment.
- Participate actively in sustainable practices such as recycling, composting, and water conservation.
- Handle facilities, resources, and equipment with care, and leave spaces clean and welcoming for others.
3. Safety and Responsibility
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, especially during events and while using TerraLuna’s facilities.
- Be mindful of others’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Participate responsibly in events involving alcohol. (Only those over the legal drinking age may consume alcohol at licensed events. TerraLuna reserves the right to limit or terminate alcohol consumption in case of unsafe behavior.)
4. Engagement and Participation
- Attend events and gatherings with a spirit of involvement and support.
- Share your skills, ideas, and feedback to help us continuously improve and nurture TerraLuna’s community.
- Respect event participation requirements, such as assisting in setup or cleanup, to contribute to the shared experience.
5. Integrity and Honesty
- Be truthful and transparent in your interactions with other members.
- Respect others’ privacy and personal boundaries.
- If disagreements arise, approach them constructively, aiming for resolution and understanding.
6. Adherence to Community Policies
- Follow TerraLuna’s rules and guidelines as they evolve, including any specific instructions for events, facilities, or activities.
- Comply with TerraLuna’s membership policies, including any requirements for dues or participation in designated activities.
- Understand that TerraLuna reserves the right to update the Code of Conduct as needed.
Accountability and Membership Termination
All members are responsible for upholding this Code of Conduct. Any violations may be reviewed, and TerraLuna reserves the right to revoke membership if these guidelines are not met.

Community Members Code Of Conduct
Community Membership at TerraLuna is a commitment to actively participate in our eco-village’s daily life, share in its responsibilities, and uphold the values that define our community. In addition to the standard Code of Conduct, Community Members are expected to adhere to these guidelines to foster a safe, harmonious, and productive environment.
1. Respect for Community and Individuality
- Uphold the community’s values of inclusivity, tolerance, and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Resolve conflicts constructively, prioritizing understanding and empathy. Any disputes should be addressed respectfully and, if necessary, with the help of a community mediator.
- Be considerate of personal boundaries and respect each person’s space, contributions, and unique role in the community.
2. Active Contribution and Engagement
- Work Contribution: Participate actively in community projects, such as gardening, building, event setup, and maintenance. Each member is expected to dedicate a set number of hours per week toward communal tasks.
- Skill Sharing and Learning: Share skills and expertise with fellow members and take part in learning opportunities that benefit the community. Engagement in community education (such as eco-workshops or homesteading classes) is encouraged.
- Event Support: Support community events and activities by volunteering in planning, organizing, or assisting with event-related tasks. Active involvement in these events strengthens community bonds.
3. Commitment to Sustainable Living
- Follow TerraLuna’s sustainable living principles, including waste reduction, composting, water conservation, and eco-friendly practices. Community members are role models in upholding these standards.
- Prioritize the use of shared resources and facilities mindfully, respecting TerraLuna’s eco-friendly policies.
- Participate in projects that promote sustainability, such as permaculture gardening, eco-building, and environmental education for guests and the wider community.
4. Responsibility and Accountability
- Take responsibility for communal facilities and shared spaces, ensuring they are kept clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
- Respect community property and refrain from personal use of resources meant for shared or public purposes.
- Any damage to communal areas or equipment should be reported and, if necessary, repaired by those responsible.
5. Safety and Personal Conduct
- Abide by all safety guidelines, especially during physical or high-risk activities (e.g., building, handling tools).
- Exercise responsible use of substances, including alcohol. Any behavior that risks the safety or comfort of others is grounds for review.
- Maintain personal conduct that aligns with the community’s values. This includes fostering a peaceful, respectful environment where everyone feels secure and valued.
6. Commitment to Community Decisions
- Engage actively in community decision-making processes. Community meetings are held regularly to discuss matters affecting TerraLuna, and members are encouraged to contribute and vote.
- Once a decision is collectively made, commit to supporting it, even if it may not align perfectly with personal preferences.
- Open communication is crucial; if disagreements arise, approach discussions transparently and with the best interest of TerraLuna in mind.
7. Adherence to Membership Policies and Financial Responsibilities
- Fulfill any financial obligations associated with Community Membership, such as contributions toward communal expenses or event costs.
- Keep up to date with any changes to TerraLuna’s policies, procedures, or community agreements.
- Non-compliance with community commitments, repeated absence from meetings, or failure to participate in required community tasks may lead to a review of membership status.
